Our Story: Built on Innovation and Execution
In 2005, Mike Bynoe founded Retail Integrity with a vision to transform retail services by focusing on smarter solutions for both the suppliers and retailers. From day one, Mike reorganized the need for better execution and accountability in the industry -- so he created the first-ever retail call center merchandising solution, a groundbreaking concept that allowed brands to manage in-store compliance more efficiently that ever before.

Driven by the goal of delivering 100% execution and measurable ROI, Mike went on to pioneer additional retail innovations. He developed the first interactive Sam's Club Kiosk with General Electric. He introduced the concept of adult wipes to retail and built a nationwide network of over 5,000 retail labor team members. With these successes and fully self funded, Mike began to develop more Smart Solutions for his company.

Next up was a Pay for Performance business model that confidently allows suppliers to pay for only what they get back with positive sales increases.

In 2017, things shifted for retail and so did his labor model. With much anxiety and the need to keep getting better he shifted again, but this time he launched a task-based labor model that was inspired by the gig economy. Much like Uber drivers who choose their rides, our in-store "Taskers" pick up assignments on their own terms-- often after their regular shifts-- allowing them to earn XTRA INCOME without ever leaving the stores they know best.
Today, our "Taskers" are in Walmart, Walgreens, Krogers, Costco and many other retailer in all class of trade. These retail associates are busier than ever and love the flexibility and familiarity this NEW business model provides.
